4 linguri pline cu cacao neagra de buna calitate
100ml smantana pentru frisca
arome: rom, coniac, cafea/ness, lichior de portocale, la alegere, dupa plac.

Se mixeaza untul cu zaharul pana se topeste, rezultand o crema alba si fina, se adauga cacaua si smantana si se mai mixeaza 4-5 minute. Se adauga aromele si se omogenizeaza.
