Se mixeaza untul cu zaharul pana se topeste si se obtine o crema alba si catifelata. Se adauga doua linguri de ness si se omogenizeaza, apoi se adauga smanta pentru frisca si se mixeaza cca 3-4 minute. La urma se adauga mascarpone si se uniformizeaza.
