o jumatate piept de curcan (cca 400g), 4 morcovi mari, o telina mare, 6 cartofi mari, o cutie mazare (450g), 20 castraveciori mici, 6 jumatati de gogosari acri, un borcan maioneza vegetala (500g).
Cum am procedat:
Am fiert pieptul de curcan si legumele separat, apoi le-am scurs din zeama si le-am lasat sa se raceasca bine (pana a doua zi).
Am taiat cubulete carnea, legumele si muraturile, le-am pus intr-un vas, am adaugat mazarea si maioneza, am omogenizat usor totul si am gustat. A trebuit sa mai adaug putina sare, am omogenizat din nou, am asezat salata in doua vase si am ornat-o.
Am reusit sa fotografiez doar unul dintre vase, celalalt a fost "avariat" imediat ce am terminat de ornat. Asta pentru ca a iesit teribil de gustoasa si usoara.
