In colectia mea de retete am intalnit mai multe variante de plachie, dar noua asa ne place si asa o prepar de fiecare data.
Ai nevoie de: fileuri de crap, o ceapa, o lamaie, sare, piper boabe, mix de condimente pentru peste (plic din comert), foi de dafin, cilly, doua linguri ulei de masline, o cescuta de cafea cu vin alb.
Mod de preparare:Am curatat pestele, l-am spalat, l-am portionat si l-am aseazat intr-un vas termorezistent.

Am adaugat o cana de apa, iar deasupra am presarat: o ceapa rosie taiata pestisori, sare, piper boabe, mixt de condimente pentru peste (plic din comert), foi de dafin, cilly, doua linguri ulei de masline, o jumatate de lamaie feliata si zeama de la cealalta jumatate de lamaie, si l-am bagat la cuptor.

Din cand in cand am luat cu lingura din sos si am turnat peste peste.
Dupa 30 de minute se toarna deasupra putintel vin alb, cam o cescuta de cafea, si se da din nou la cuptor pentru 15 minute.

Se poate consuma cald, cu mamaliguta sau cu garnitura de cartofi natur, dar e buna si rece.
