Iata ce am folosit:
pentru supa: o ceapa, 2 morcovi, un pastarnac, o bucata telina, 1l suc de rosii, 2-3 linguri ulei, o lingurita Secretul Gustului, patrunjel verde;
pentru galuste: 3 oua, 50g gris, 50g faina, 50g cascaval ras, 50g unt moale, sare, piper.
Si cum se procedeaza:
Se curata zarzavatul si se taie dupa preferinta. Se pune zarzavatul la fiert, cu putina sare, intr-o oala cu 3l apa:

Intre timp se prepara galustile imperiale, astfel: se bat oualele cu cascavalul ras; se incorporeaza untul moale; se adauga grisul amestecat in prealabil cu faina, sarea si piperul; se aseaza compozitia rezultata intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt (compozitia trebuie sa nu depaseasca grosimea de 1 cm) si se coace 12-15 minute la 200 grade C:
