Pentru aceasta serie am folosit urmatoarele
Ingrediente pentru aluat:
800g faina (Dobrogea pentru cozonac)
10g drojdie uscata (un pliculet si jumatate)
250g zahar
350ml lapte cu 3,5%grasime
150g unt topit si o lingura ulei
4 galbenusuri
o jumatate lingurita sare
coaja rasa de la o lamaie si o portocala
3 pliculete zahar vanilinat
Aluatul l-am pregatit la MC. Daca vreti sa-l pregatiti manual, gasiti explicatiile aici.
Ingrediente pentru umpluturi:
a) crema de cacao si nuca: din nuca razuita cu lapte fiert, cu stafide inbatate cu rom sau coniac, zahar dupa gust, cacao, vanilie;
b) fructe confiate: stafide blonde, stafide negre, caise, smochine, avocado, papaya;
c) rahat colorat, taiat cubulete.
Cum am procedat:
Am pus in cuva masinii mai intai laptele, galbenusurile, untul topit si uleiul, zaharul, sarea, aromele, apoi faina si drojdia. Am pus masina la programul 7 - 1,5.
Dupa ce a dospit coca, am rasturnat-o pe planseta infainata si am modelat cozonacii astfel:
Am impartit aluatul in doua bucati mai mari si una mai mica, apoi fiecare bucata am mai impartit-o in doua si am intins usor coca.
Am intins pe fiecare bucata umplutura apoi am rulat-o, apoi am rasucit rulourile doua cate doua si le-am asezat in tavile tapetate cu hartie de copt.
Am uns apoi cozonacii cu galbunus amestecat cu o lingurita de miere si am mai lasat tavile acoperite cu un prosop cca 20 de minute, sa mai creasca, inainte sa-i bag la cuptor.
Intre timp am preincalzit cuptorul.
Dupa 20 de minute, am mai uns inca o data cozonacii cu galbenus, am presarat zahar brun, apoi i-am bagat la cuptorul preincalzit pentru cca 40 de minute.
Este bine sa verificati daca s-au copt din cand in cand cu paiul, dar nu inainte de 20 de minute, ca sa nu se lase.
