Pentru spanac - o punga de 1kg spanac congelat, o ceapa taiata marunt, doua linguri ulei de masline, 3 catei de usturoi striviti, doua linguri smantana, doua lingurite faina, o lingurita zeama lamaie, un ou, un praf de sare.
Pentru friganele: 6 felii de paine, 2 oua, sare.
Cum am procedat:
Am pus intr-o craticioara doua linguri de ulei de masline, iar cand s-a incins bine am rasturnat spanacul asa inghetat si am adaugat o cana de apa rece deasupra. Am acoperit craticioara si am lasat sa fiarba spanacul acoperit cca 15 minute.
Am constatat ca spanacul era cam atos, asa ca l-am separat de zeama (pe care am pastrat-o) si am tocat spanacul ca pe vinete.
Am pus din nou in craticioara doua linguri ulei si ceapa tocata pe care am inabusit-o putin, apoi am rasturnat spanacul tocat si zeama pastrata si l-am lasat la foc mic pana am pregatit sosul.
Sosul l-am pregatit astfel: intr-un bol mic am pus doua linguri de smantana, doua lingurite de faina si zeama de lamaie si am omogenizat bine compozitia.
Pentru ca mi-a iesit prea groasa compozitia, am mai subtiat-o putin cu doua linguri de apa, apoi am adaugat-o la spanac si am amestecat continuu ca sa nu se prinda. Am batut apoi un ou cu furculita si l-am adaugat si pe el, amestecand continuu.
Am gustat si am constatat ca ii mai trebuia putina sare, asa ca am adaugat pana ce mi-a placut gustul.
A iesit cremos si gustos.

Am decupat floricele din feliile de paine, cu o forma de patiserie.

Dana mie imi place f mult spanacul! Mi-ai facut pofta, trebuie sa fac iar painea prajita cu ou - friganelele tale - arata super!!! Felicitari!
Multumesc Ina, chiar a fost foarte bun, gustos si sanatos, iar sotul meu a muscat din decor in timp ce faceam pozele:), asa pofta i-au facut friganelele! Nu mai facusem de mult!
