Pentru 10 buc. avem nevoie de:
10 felii subtiri de salam - eu am avut salam Reinert trapez
10 rosii mici - grape / cherise
150g branza grasa picanta - eu am folosit Danish blue
o lingurita busuioc tocat - eu am folosit marar
cateva frunze pentru suport, eu am folosit menta
iar pentru decor: cateva fire de marar
Cum am preparat:
Am frecat branza pana a devenit o pasta moale, apoi am tocat busuiocul si l-am integrat in compozitie.
Am pregatit feliile de salam, le-am rulat in forma de cornet, am spritat branza in interior si am asezat o rosioara peste branza.
Am asezat o frunzulita de menta pe platou, am spritat putina crema de branza, apoi am fixat cornetul in amestecul de branza.
Am decorat cornetul cu o frunzulita de marar.
