Ce ne trebuie pentru friptura:
4 copanele, cca 10 ciupercute proaspete, 150g cascaval (eu am folosit cascaval afumat), o lingura ulei de masline, sare, piper, mix de arome pentru friptura de pui.
Ce ne trebuie pentru salata:
un borcan sfecla rosie Olimpya si un borcan boabe de porumb dulce Bonduelle.
Cum am procedat pentru friptura:
am spalat bine pulpitele de pui, apoi le-am asezat intr-un vas termorezistent, am asezat printre ele jumatati de ciupercute, le-am uns cu ulei de masline, am presarat sare, piper si mix de arome pentru friptura de pui si le-am introdus in cuptorul preincalzit.
Dupa cca 20 de minute verificam si, daca s-au rumenit usor, adaugam peste copanele felii de cascaval si le mai lasam in cuptor 10-15 minute, dupa care le scoatem.
